Who We Are

Rewind Designs is a small company based in Cornwall, UK run by husband and wife team Roz and Dan.

We have recently aquired the business and plan on some exciting changes for the future and 2026!

Part of our design philosophy is that all our products are flat-packed and assembled when you get them, with clear instructions and images. We think posting large boxes filled with air to our customers would be wasteful! The neatly packaged products fit through a standard letterbox, so they'll be sitting on your doorstep waiting for you when you get home.

We have been selling our products on online marketplaces like Ebay, Etsy and Amazon since 2018, and our Ebay store has over 1000 feedback at 98.3% positive. It's fair to say we put our customers first and dealing directly with them allows us to ensure they are completely happy with their purchase, and the price they paid. We get plenty of repeat business, which is the biggest complement we could ever receive!

Returns Policy

We stand 100% behind our products and by dealing with you directly, we can give the best possible service. You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you change your mind. We'll also pay the return shipping costs, or dispatch a free replacement if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund as soon as your product is received by us!

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, apart from the USA.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
